The Palazzo History
The Palazzo was first built in February of 2006, with most of the year spent digging and building the structure for its 4-story underground parking space. Construction of the steel framework began to rise up after that, with the tower reaching the 35th floor by November of the same year. By August 2007, the building was topped out. By December of 2007, about 1,000 rooms were opened in preparation for the Las Vegas New Year’s celebration, along with the casino as well as other commercial areas of the hotel.
